School of Ballet RI is offering this free opprtunity to try one of our adaptive classes. Through movement, participants are able to encourage one another and work as a group to follow directions, identify right and left, separate upper and lower body movement patterns and start and stop on cue. Participants may also experince an increase in self-confidence and the ability to focus, an improvement in rhythm and timing, and better overall balance, coordination, posture and alignment. Our Adaptive classes and workshops infuse the joy of movement and music with tried and true methods that build confidence and improve coordination.
