First MA Right Whale Day Celebration! - At the New England Aquarium!

*The event has already taken place on this date: Mon, 04/24/2023
Join us in celebrating the first MA Right Whale Day on April 24th! For this momentous occasion, we are bringing our 42-foot-long inflatable right whale (Calvin!) to the plaza along with our North Atlantic right whale researchers to help the public sign a digital petition to their Member of Congress to help protect this critically endangered species. In addition, at 12 p.m. in the Harbor Tent, a free event will take place that will feature remarks from Representative Josh Cutler and Senator Susan Moran, Massachusetts’ first-in-the-nation climate chief Melissa Hoffer, right whale advocate Matt Delaney, NEAq President & CEO Vikki Spruill, and more!

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.
