Raffa Yoga and Urban Sweat is New England’s only active relaxation center. In May of 2000, with a background in neuroanatomy and myofascial pain syndromes, Christine Raffa opened Raffa Yoga. In over 20 years, we have grown leaps and bounds and have provided a safe, compassionate, instructional and educational facility. Our teachers have been trained by some of the most respected and knowledgeable yoga masters worldwide.
