Skulls from Near and Far
Have you ever come across an animal skull in the woods and wondered what it was?
Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.
Would you like to learn more about the anatomy of animal skulls and how to identify them? Then come to the Museum of Natural History and Planetarium for our program “Skulls from Near and Far”. We will begin with an overview of the skulls one is most likely to encounter in our area, followed by a chance to see dozens of specimens from around the world which are not normally on public display. This program is being offered twice, it is not a two-part program.
