Summertime Yoga with Mimi Budnick at RWPBC

Join us for “Yoga for Every Body” with Mimi Budnick, inside the beautiful greenhouses at RWP Botanical Center! Mimi describes her class as: “Accessible yoga, good for beginners and long-time practitioners alike. A well-rounded practice to build strength, release tension in the body, and cultivate peace in the mind and the heart.” This summer series will run on July 8th-August 27th on Friday and Saturday mornings from 9am-10am.
Participants must bring their own yoga mat & water. Participants may check in at the RWPBC ticket booth as early at 8:30am and are invited to stay and enjoy the lush gardens and greenhouses after class. Did you know that Fridays are Open Paint + Amateur Photography Day at RWPBC? After class stick around to mingle with like-minded artists and nature lovers. Guests are welcome to bring a sketch pad, watercolors, washable paints and to take photographs.
